Our jewellery is quality-checked three times before being dispatched. If any problems please contact us directly.

We will provide return details if the item is broken, arrived damaged, or under special circumstances. We provide photos of our jewelry in its most real form and provide pictures in different lights and zooms so that customers have a better idea of the colour and detail of the item.

We try to ensure the jewellery we provide is affordable for people of all financial statuses. We as a company would like everyone to feel they can wear luxurious jewellery at an affordable price and be able to get one of pieces that is unique, uses genuine stones and beads.

If you enter the wrong address, the parcel will be sent back to us via Evri and the contents of your order. The shipping address can be amended before the dispatch date, please contact us straight away.
